For the 3rd year in a row now, Sofil Catering has partnered with Fair Trade Lebanon for the World Fair Trade Day Lunch, which was held in La Marina Dbayeh on June 7th, 2015.
As part of our New Green Catering Line, we have developed a Sustainable and Clean Eating Menu, using locally sourced ingredients from Producers and Cooperatives belonging to the Fair Trade Lebanon Association. The philosophy of our Green Catering is to ensure our customers that our food is made of healthy and less processed ingredients that are grown, harvested, crafted and traded in ways that improve lives and protect the environment.
