January 6th, 2016: Wish upon a Star, a galette that lives to its name. This star creation made the day for many foodies. Crispy pastry filled with Frangipane and a star anise hidden inside for the lucky winner. What an exquisite way to draw the Kings!
June 17th, 2015: After the kitchen training we had with Ecole Lenôtre Paris, we have officially launched our new Fine Dining Signature Menu at Le Panorama/Biel, in the presence of a bouquet of media representatives, event planners and wedding venues owners.
June 7th, 2015: For the 3rd year in a row now, Sofil Catering has partnered with Fair Trade Lebanon for the World Fair Trade Day Lunch, which was held in La Marina Dbayeh on June 7th, 2015.
As part of our New Green Catering Line, we have developed a Sustainable and Clean Eating Menu, using locally sourced ingredients from Producers and Cooperatives belonging to the Fair Trade Lebanon Association.
The philosophy of our Green Catering is to ensure our customers that our food is made of healthy and less processed ingredients that are grown, harvested, crafted and traded in ways that improve lives and protect the environment.

February 19th, 2015:Sofil Catering exhibited at BEIRUT WEDDING FOLIES held at BIEL from February 19th to 22nd, 2015. Introducing the 2015 outdoor wedding season, the stand attracted a wide number of visitors seeking the perfect caterer for their wedding day.
February 14th, 2015:This Valentine’s our Pastry Consultant Chef Charles Azar has created exclusively for Sofil Catering a Chocolate St Honoré cake made with a Sablé Breton base, chocolate filled choux à la crème and mini-pommes d’amour.
